However, applications for booths shared by more than one organization or individual are eligible for the Book Fair. It is the responsibility of the applicant to identify a partner.
The fee is $125 per booth for for-profit organizations and $75 per booth for non-profit organizations. Applications are due no later than Wednesday, June 30, 2010.

2) In shared exhibitor space as a member of the “Indie Comics Creators.”
The Indie Comics Creators pavilion will return to the 9th Annual West Hollywood Book Fair! Indie Comics Creators features comic book writers and artists, many of them local Angelenos, who create, publish and distribute their own work.
The Indie Comics Creators are hosted in their own pavilion at the Book Fair’s “Comics Scene.” The creators share table space with other creators for a reduced exhibitor fee. Chairs and tables are provided for the participating creators. All that the creators need provide is their own work to sell, sign and share and their own signage, decorative and display materials to make their space enticing to Fair goers, and table cloths.
The fee to participate in Indie Comics Creators is $60. Space is limited, so creators are advised to apply early (deadline is Friday, July 30, 2010). Once the deadline is past, we will accept applications if space is still available, or to place on our waiting list.
